* Fleetwood's Warranty ~
From the moment you order your home, to long after
you move in, our warranty removes many stresses
of home ownership. And if by chance a warranty
problem arises, we back it up with a one year limited
warranty. The entire home is covered for any defects
that may have occurred in the manufacturing of your
home. Only damage and maintenance are not covered.
There is no small print. Just easy to understand
coverage. No "gimmicks", no service charge.

"If you need to use your warranty, we are there to help
with service that is done right, done quickly, and done
with a smile."

* Financing ~
Having trouble finding a bank to give you a loan for a manufactured home?

Based on the project and and the project needs, we have several lending institutions
for which we can refer you to for acquisition, construction, and permanent financing.

A list of lenders may be obtained by emailing Kasi Sabado in our Finance Dept.
at ksabado@achhomes.com or by calling (310) 563-2111.

* Setup / Foundations ~

Manufactured Housing must be installed to the provisions of the California Building
Standards Code (Title 24 - Manufactured Home Installation) applicable to the
Occupancy Group, and any other requirements in the HSC, Part 1.5, known as the State
Housing Law.

Who does the installation?
Anyone who is licensed by the State Contractor's Licensing Board, to construct
conventional housing, may install manufactured housing, but we highly recommend you
use one of our qualified and competent set up contractors. We can either give you an
in-house installation quote, or you may request for a list of "Fleetwood preferred" set up
contractors.

Inspections
HSC 19992 requires the Local Enforcement Agency (City Building Dept's.) to inspect the
installation of factory built housing. Title 25 of the California Codes and Regulations
requires the installer to provide the Local Enforcement Agency with one complete set of
plans by the manufacturer, approved by HCD or the HUD Design Approval Agency, for use
during the issuance of the permit and installation inspection.

Doing it yourself?

WE DO PLANS IN-HOUSE! Site plans, Landscape plans, Garage plans and more....
We provide, approved floorplans, stamped foundation plans, and elevations. Our staff has a
combined 35 years of experience in housing development. We can help guide you through
the permit and planning process.

Remember
that all porches, awnings, air conditioning units, skirting, and much of the
exterior siding is installed after the home is affixed to its foundation.
